Pilates Reformer classes in the heart of Cranleigh

Christine and Harriet teach small, welcoming classes in their studio at the family home in Cranleigh village. With no more than four people in a session, every exercise gets proper attention.

Why the reformer?

The reformer is a sliding carriage on springs. It supports your body while you work against the resistance, so you can train hard without strain.

  • Builds core strengthA strong core makes everyday tasks easier to manage.
  • Improves flexibility and mobilityControlled movements through a full range of motion.
  • Kind to backs and kneesYou are well supported on the machine throughout.
  • Works the whole bodyA complete workout in every session.

A small studio, run by two experienced instructors

Harriet Shaw Fitness is run by Christine and Harriet, who have many years’ experience in the fitness industry. Their studio is attached to the family home and keeps classes deliberately small.

Small groups mean exercises are done correctly and safely, and each one can be adapted to your ability and needs. If you would like a more personal approach, one-to-one and couple training are available too.
